Home Inspection Services

We offer a complete home inspection, from foundation to roof and including all the systems in the home.  In Aurum Inspections our goal is to provide you with peace of mind before proceeding to the closing table. we will provide you with an easy to read detailed report of any issues found during the inspection.  

A full home inspection takes about 1 to 4 hours to complete depending on the condition and size of the home.  During the full home inspection our inspectors will answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend that you attend the home inspection, so you can go on a detailed walk through at the end of the inspection to review our findings.

We focus in foundations, strusture, exterior, interior, roof, attic, insulation, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

For our inspections we use all the new and advanced tools available such as thermal cameras, moisture meters, digital infrared guns, Radon wireless and real time testers, Mold/asbestos sampling and testing kits.

Roof

ROOF

Attic

EXTERIOR
The outer shell of the house that protects it from the elements, such as siding, bricks, windows, and doors.

Electrical

The system of wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers that distributes electricity safely throughout the house to power lights and appliances.

Plumbing

PLUMBING
The network of pipes, fixtures, and appliances (like the water heater shown) that manage the water supply and drainage for the home.

Foundation

FOUNDATION
The base of the house, typically made of concrete, that supports the entire structure. It often includes the basement area.
